Terms & Conditions

These terms cover your use of topekapolebarnbuilders.com. By using the site you agree to them.

Estimates

We do not publish prices on this site. Every price we give comes as a written, itemized estimate after we have seen your site and agreed what the building has to do. The estimate says what is and is not included.

Technical information

We describe codes, design loads and permit rules as we apply them in our own work. The city or county with jurisdiction over your parcel sets the actual requirements and can change them, so we confirm them for your project before we quote. Nothing here replaces drawings sealed by a licensed engineer where they are required.

Images

The images on this site are computer-generated illustrations of the building types we build, not photographs of specific customer projects.
